To change your contact information
all you need to do is: please write to us at support@timesmatch.com
along with your User ID and your e-mail address that was registered
with us.

| How do I post my
personal profile? |
Posting your profile is very easy
and completely FREE of cost. All you need to do is the following:
Fill our FREE online registration
form - click
here.
Just follow the instructions and provide as much information as possible.
That's it!!! Your Profile information
will be updated and will be online and accessible to all members.
For Do's and Don'ts of creating your
profile, please go through the
terms
and conditions/service agreement.
Note: When you submit your profile,
it will not be activated , till the time your profile is reviewed by our
Customer Relations team. The review process takes less than 24 hours. If
any changes are required in your profile, you will be informed accordingly.
Otherwise, your profile will be fully activated and will be fully visible
to other members.

Yes, you have to fill all 3 steps
of your profile together.
We understand that it may become
tedious to fill in a long form in one single shot. However, marriage is
serious business making it important to convey detailed information to
interested members. Hence the 3 step form.
Also, please remember that the more
information you provide about yourself the more likely you are to be contacted
by other members. So please do take the time and effort to complete all
3 steps.
| Can I edit my personal
profile? How? |
Yes, you can edit your personal profile.
Login to your
account.
Click on "Modify
My Profile" in the My Home menu .
Edit your personal profile according
to the instructions provided and click the 'Submit My Profile' button at
the end of the form.
Your profile will be updated in
real time, Depending on the information that you modify, your profile may
be reviewed by our Customer Relations Team, after which your profile will
be fully visible to everyone.
| Can I write more
about myself and my family? Can I edit the information? |
Yes you can provide more information
about yourself and your family. We understand that finding a life partner
is extremely personal. Hence, we have provided ample space for you to talk
about yourself, your hobbies, aspirations and family background. All you
need to do is follow the following steps:
Login to your
account.
Click on "Modify
My Profile" in the My Home menu.
Towards the end of the form you will
be able to enter detailed information about yourself and your family. You
can include details such as academic and professional qualifications, your
hobbies, your personality and long term goals. While describing your family,
you can talk about your parents, your siblings and the nature of your familial
relationships. Fill in the information and click the 'Submit' button at
the end of the form.
CAUTION: Please DO NOT reveal any contact
details in your profile. This is in violation of the terms
and conditions/service agreement. Moreover, you leave yourself open
to potential email abuse by doing so and we are not liable for any consequences
that may occur. Please note that any contact details provided with the
profile will be removed.
| What is a partner
profile? How do I create it? Can I edit it? |
A partner profile refers to the profile
of the kind of person you are looking for.
Example: Female, 26 yrs, Hindu,Brahmin,
Software Professional has a partner profile where she is searching
for Male, 28 -32 yrs, Hindu, Brahmin, Non-smoker. She of course has the
option of being as specific or as open-minded in her choices as she pleases.
To create your partner profile all
you need to do is follow the following steps:
Login to your
account.
Click on "Set
My Auto Match" in the My account menu on the left of your screen
and specify what you are looking for in a partner by filling out the form.
Fill in the information and click
the 'Submit' button at the end of the form.
Your partner profile will now be displayed
along with your personal profile to all members. You can edit you
partner profile any time you want by following the exact same procedure
as above.

account.
Click on "Modify
My Profile" in the My Account menu
Edit your personal profile according
to the instructions provided and click the 'Submit My Profile' button at
the end of the form.
Your profile will be updated in
real time and become available to everyone depending on the information
that you modify, your profile may be reviewed by our Customer Relations
Team, after which your profile will be visible to everyone.
| Can I temporarily
hide my profile so that nobody can view my profile? |
Yes, you can hide your profile temporarily.
To do this follow these steps:
